Please read the terms outlined below before agreeing to purchase a product on the shop page. 



Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm bst. All orders received after 2pm will be processed on the same day. Each wig will be customised by a member of our maintenance team, and this process takes up to 2 weeks to complete. So expect your order to be delivered to you within 1 -2  1/2 weeks from when you order online. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during your order. All our products are hand made and each hair strand is individually hand tied, if you place an order and the desired product is out of stock, please allow 8-13 weeks for us to prepare your order.


We are currently receiving payments via paypal, as this is the safest way to transact between our customers for both parties. For customers in the US and UK (and selected locations), you should have the option to pay for your wig in instalments if you select paypal credit on the paypal platform.

All our European hair wigs come with a free 12 month maintenance check, where we take your wig in for a health check and ensure that it is restored to its maximum density, we will also restitch the security band and clips/combs to ensure your wig is brought back to life. You can do this up to 2 times within the 12 month cycle. The 12 month maintenance check starts 3 months after you your purchase.



All full lace wigs are processed within 24 - 72 hours of receipt of your payment. Therefore any changes to your full lace wig must be received no later than 24 hours from the time you placed your order. Any lace wig order amendments after this time will be subject to a fee equal to half the cost (deposit) to cover the cost of wasted materials.



 If you wish to cancel or change anything in your lace wig order this must be done within 24 hours from the order being placed.  As all Custom made full lace wigs are made to your specific measurements and customisation, it may be difficult to get another customer to purchase you custom made lace wig or lace front wig. Therefore all lace wig orders that are cancelled or changed after 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee which will be deducted from your deposit. This cancellation fee will not be waived under any circumstances.



We offer a customised service also, so if you would like to purchase a wig from us, but would like a different style or colour, then please contact us via our email address so that we can discuss your requirements. If you purchase via the shop, and then decide to change the order, we will not beable to amend the order for you.



Virgin hair will react differently to particular products and so we suggest you use the hair products we have suggested on the hair care sheet for the best results. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once.



Our wigs are handmade and then carefully assessed by our maintenance team to ensure you have the best product, and so this process can take a few days, so if you have a deadline or an important appointment in mind, please order your wig in advance to ensure you receive it on time .We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Glorylox does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Glorylox will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect damage to the product or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Glorylox is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. 



Glorylox does not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, apparatus or process disclosed or performed via the website. Glorylox wishes to point out that the information on the products on our website, is highly subject to change and update due to its own nature. Although Glorylox makes every effort to keep this information current and up to date, no guarantee or liability whatsoever can be given in this regard. 

Limitation of liability: In no event shall Glorlyox be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Glorylox hair lace wigs, lace wig products/service and maintenance of the lace wigs purchased.

All persons who agree to purchase and fit the Glorlyox wigs worn as is provided have purchased knowingly accepting full responsibility. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all services, products or any information conducted at the time of purchase. 

You agree that Glorlyox is not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect special or consequential loss, profit, losses due to delays) arising out of or in any connection with use of the Glorylox hair website. 

Should a particular lace wig product or service of Glorylox be unavailable or still in preparation, whether or not temporarily, this may never be considered a non-imputable breach of Glorylox. In such instance, Glorylox is permitted to deliver the product later then planned.

Product Disclaimer: By purchasing full lace wigs, Lace front wigs and products from Glorylox , you agree to use the products as instructed by product packaging/ or as advised. Glorylox will not be held liable for misuse of full lace wigs, our products or lack of maintenance required.



Our mission at Glorylox is to ensure that we deliver our promises to you, and ensure you are extremely satisfied wth the product you have purchased from us. We constantly take feedback and refine our products to better meet the needs of our customers. Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We inspect all our lace wigs prior to supplying or fitting to ensure that they meet your specification and our high quality assurance standards. We realise that purchasing a full lace wig is an investment and want to ensure that your experience with Glorylox is a pleasant one that you will be happy with.


Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or give exchanges for full lace wigs that have been worn, styled, where the lace or hair has been cut or products have been applied to the unit such as glue or hair products etc. We offer refunds as long as the terms below are met, the full lace wig is still in its brand new condition and we have not fitted it.

Please do not return goods via FedEx, please use other shipping companies for example DHL, UPS and USPS.


We do not accept returns on lace wigs andhair pieces that have been altered, NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following:

DO NOT alter the lace wigs in any way

DO NOT cut the lace

DO NOT tear the lace wig or rip the lace wig

DO NOT put glue on the lace wigs or adhesive on the lace wig

DO NOT put products on the lace wig

DO NOT put any chemicals on the lace wig

DO NOT dye the lace wig

DO NOT style or cut the hair of the lace wig

DO NOT perm the lace wig

DO NOT wash or condition the lace wig

DO NOT wear the lace wig


Be careful when applying or removing your full lace wig and always follow the care instructions that are given with your purchase. We will not be responsible for lace wigs that are ripped, torn or damaged by the customer, or any one else after purchase. Lace wig units that are ripped or torn by the customer are not subject to an exchange or refund.
